Be it by constantly reinventing itself, committing to innovation, or embracing new technologies, the Group is shaping the future of luxury retail. It delivers seamless omnichannel experiences across more than 950 stores, online platforms, and mobile apps. Driving this innovation journey is The Greenhouse — the Group’s innovation hub, incubator, and accelerator for startups and emerging businesses, regionally and globally. Chalhoub Group fosters a people-at-heart culture rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a workplace catalysed by forward thinking and future-proofing. Today, it brings together over 16,000 talented professionals across eight countries in the Middle East, with a presence in LATAM. What you'll be doing • Oversee the day-to-day performance and execution of the Asian Beauty portfolio across the UAE. • Spend significant time in stores, ensuring strong execution, product availability, visibility, and brand standards. • Lead and support a team of 10+ Beauty Advisors, including supporting recruitment and coordinating with the external BA agency. • Ensure timely delivery and availability of stock and testers, while following up on orders, POs, stock arrivals, and payments. • Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, and key account stakeholders to strengthen distribution and drive sales. • Follow up with accounts, identify opportunities, and actively push sales to achieve agreed targets. • Ensure displays, planograms, product placement, and allocated space are aligned with brand guidelines and negotiate with stores where required. • Support activations, launches, and events, and assess their impact on sales and performance. • Work across a diverse Asian Beauty portfolio, including CNP, BANILA, and upcoming launches. • Support the successful execution of new product launches, with a strong pipeline of launches expected in Q4. • Develop and maintain regular reporting, using data and analysis to track performance, identify opportunities, and support business decisions. What you’ll need to succeed • Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, pharmacy, lifestyle, or a similar commercial environment; a mix of luxury and non-luxury experience is a plus, but luxury experience is not essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, and key accounts. • A hands-on, field-oriented approach with a strong understanding of retail operations and in-store execution. • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to follow up on opportunities, drive sales, and deliver against targets. • Good Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills. • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing a fast-paced, growing portfolio. • Fluency in English.
